When you walk in, you will be greeted by one of our friendly receptionists. They will check you in, and be glad to assist you in any need, making your experience more pleasurable. |

After check in, you may have a seat in our reception room. Feel free to browse through some of our educational literature from our magazine rack. |

While waiting, be sure to look at our patient scrapbooks. You may find a picture of your pet in there, or come across someone you know! |

While waiting, you may see Mark. He takes care of the cleaning of the hospital and grounds. If you see something that needs attention, he is the man for the job! |

When your name is called, one of our knowledgeable assistants or RVT's (Registered Veterinary Technicians) will escort you into an exam room. Your pet will be weighed, the nurse will ask you questions about your pet to develop a history, and prepare the patient for the doctor to examine. |

We are very proud to introduce you to Dr. Ronald Grothaus, Dr. Suzanne Savage, Dr. Roger Grothaus, Dr. Catherine Moreau, and Dr. Jen Severt. You will be meeting at least one of them during your visit. |

The veterinarian and the veterinary assistant will do a thorough exam, as well as any necessary preventative care. If your pet is ill or injured, the doctor will determine what treatment or diagnostic tests are needed. |

Reynolds Road Animal Hospital houses an on-site laboratory. We have the highest standard of equipment to run all necessary bloodwork for accurate results... |

We have an in house pharmacy that stocks all of the most commonly prescribed medications that our patients need. Don't forget to ask about any rebates! We will soon be allowing online refills! |

This is the treatment area. Pets are prepared for surgery here before moving into the surgical suite. Many procedures are performed here from orthopedic exams under anesthesia to simple non-sterile surgeries. |

We provide a full spectrum of diagnostic tools, our digital x-ray machine takes exceptional radiographs. |
|
|
We also have a digital dental x-ray machine. |
|
|
Our ultrasound machine can image the patients abdomen and heart without any pain. |
|
|
We have an endoscope/otoscope unit for visual ear and intestinal diagnosis. We also obtain biopsies via these instruments. |
|
|
Dentistry is one of our special interests in this practice. We are busy cleaning teeth throughout the week. |
|
|
The dental suite is equipped with a digital x-ray machine, surgical oral instruments and miscellaneous dental supplies. We are qualified to handle routine dentals, as well as most dental surgeries, including root canals. (endodontics) |

|
We schedule surgery on Monday through Friday. Our doctors seem to be quite busy doing everything from simple mole removals to orthopedic procedures. Our doctors are all experienced in surgery with over 70 years of experience amongst them. |

Our hospital maintains 25 cages and 12 runs. These include an isolation ward, and open runs for larger dogs that require more space. We are fully capable to handle critical care and hospitalized patients. |

We carry a full line of the most common prescription foods that you may need. If there is something that you need and we don't carry it, we will be glad to order it for you! Feel free to ask us for literature on our recommended prescription diets. |
|
|
We also carry toothbrushes, toothpaste, hairball medication, pill pockets, treats (dental, hypoallergenic, and low calorie) deodorizing spray, flea spray, diffusers, shampoos and conditioners, ear cleaners, grooming supplies, leashes, collars, pet tags, vitamins etc. |
